I also have combination skin, which can be quite tricky at times.
To treat acne I would recomend benzaclin & retin-a, which you can get with an easy visit to the doctors. Benzaclin dries up zits, so only apply it to your t zone. Avoid your cheeks. Retin-a removes skin cells and fights cystic acne (the really big zits that hurt & cannot be popped). Retin-a can be applied to your whole face, but with less on your cheeks.
I use bioelements crucial moisture on my dry spots because it does not make my skin break out. Look for an oil-free moisturizer to apply to your dry spots.

You can try the drug Acutane. Its an oral pill not a topical product and is very effective against acne. Although doctors are very hesitant to prescibe it because it can cause liver problems if not monitored. Also if you are preagnant (or have the possibility of becoming) it causes birth defects. Ask your doctor

Hi, This is Me Ola from Lodz. I used to have this problem some years ago, but I found a great solution to it. Believe me it works:I only use Vichy products although they are not very cheap in Poland I can afford it. Try Vichy Normaderm ( for acne prone skin) anti-imperfection hydrating care which changes your beautiful face within 4 weeks, it resorbs blemishes, tightens pores evens out the complexion. Believe me ,it works!!!It is hypoallergenic with Vichy thermal spa water.Kisses OLA

Try PROACTIVE by Rodan & Fields of USA. I would recommend it to anyone with acne in a heartbeat. It really works. I was skeptical at first when i saw the advert on T.V but decided to try it anyway. I must say its been 3 years and ive never looked back. My skin is clear & glowing. Try it. It works!!!

Hi… would you like to try a mild cleanser? Try Cetaphil. I used to have acne. wash face twice a day. morning and evening. not once or thrice or more… just twice. over washing may irrate skin too. 1.) you can use Cetaphil as liquid soap… or wipe it in your face using cotton, leaving a thin film for moisturizer-without water-.
2.) Then after washing use toner… any will do. remember to apply lite. as toner dries try putting 3.) tretinoin on oily areas only. {just a dot size} very small “tretinoin cream”{.05} as big as the letter “D” on your question. D size spread all over oily part.let say nose. hehehe. another D for the chicks… another D in the forehead. remember, oily parts only. Be patient… results will be visible after 5 days. another option fo tretinoin is {3.B} Benzoyl Peroxide… same size… Do this twice a day. you can try Tretinoin in evening, benzoyl in morning.
My dear… get your face away from UV(sun)… wear sunblock spf15(always use HYPO-allergenic products). wear hat. bring umbrella-hehhee.
avoid eye areas and lips because they are sensitive part of the skin. and one thing… never prick a pimple… so as to have a nice scar-free skin when pimples are healed.
take care and God Bless You
